Please read these terms carefully before engaging CraftiveWeb for software engineering, digital platforms, or reserving special promotional packages under our festive campaigns.
01.Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you"), and CraftiveWeb ("CraftiveWeb", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the craftiveweb.com website, custom software development services, mobile applications, and festive promotional campaigns.
By engaging our services, signing a project statement of work (SOW), submitting an inquiry form, or depositing a reservation token for any campaign, you expressly agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
02.Scope of Services & Project Deliverables
CraftiveWeb specializes in enterprise technology solutions, including bespoke mobile applications (iOS and Android), custom e-commerce web platforms, ERP/POS integrations, live gold/silver rate pricing engines, and automated messaging infrastructure.
All projects are executed based on agreed specifications outlined in the respective Proposal, Milestone Schedule, or Campaign Package Confirmation. Any feature requests, design alterations, or system integrations outside the original signed scope will be subject to change requests and additional commercial billing.
03. Tech Bullion Deals · Festive Campaign Terms
3.1. Exclusive Quota: Limited to 10 Lucky Showroom Clients
To guarantee white-glove engineering quality, hands-on staff training, and expedited app-store deployment before the festive rush, this promotional campaign is strictly capped at 10 verified jewellery showroom clients. Allocations operate on a transparent, first-confirmed, first-served basis upon contract execution and initial token deposit. Once all 10 seats are reserved, inquiries will convert to standard commercial project rates.

3.3. 100% White-Label Branding & Data Sovereignty
All deliverables under this campaign are 100% white-labeled under your jewellery brand name, showroom logo, corporate colors, and GST registration. Your customers interact solely with your brand. All scheme accounts, customer phone numbers, saving records, and transactional ledger entries remain 100% the exclusive, private property of your showroom.
3.4. Third-Party Licenses & Operational Costs
Development, architecture, deployment, and initial app store submissions are covered under the campaign package fee. Third-party ongoing usage expenses—including Apple Developer Account ($99/year), Google Play Console ($25 one-time), SMS/OTP gateway credits (e.g. Fast2SMS/MSG91), Meta WhatsApp Cloud API per-message charges, and Payment Gateway Merchant Discount Rates (MDR)—are payable directly by the client to the respective providers.
3.5. Campaign Token Deposit & Refund Policy
Because promotional slots require immediate developer and UI/UX designer reservation, booking deposits lock in the subsidized festive pricing for up to 30 days. In the event of client-side cancellation after work has commenced or repository assets have been configured, token deposits are non-refundable but can be credited toward alternative services within 6 months.
04.Intellectual Property & Source Code Rights
Unless otherwise specified in your project agreement, upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, CraftiveWeb grants the client an exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license (or full ownership transfer where contractually agreed) to utilize, operate, and maintain the custom application source code, visual assets, and database architecture built for their organization.
CraftiveWeb retains proprietary rights over reusable internal libraries, base boilerplates, and developer tooling utilized in constructing the solution.
05.Payment Terms, Milestones & Billing
Standard commercial engagements follow a staged milestone billing structure: (1) Initial Commitment Deposit upon contract signing, (2) Milestone Staged Payments upon design and beta environment approvals, and (3) Final Balance prior to production release, domain pointing, and app store deployment.
Invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) or agreed foreign currencies (USD/EUR) plus applicable statutory taxes (GST). Payments not settled within 14 days of due date may result in staging server suspension.
06.Data Security, Confidentiality & NDA
Both parties agree to treat all business strategies, client records, customer phone numbers, proprietary designs, and financial transactions disclosed during the engagement as strictly confidential under Non-Disclosure terms.
CraftiveWeb adheres to strict modern cybersecurity practices, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 database encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and zero storage of raw payment card/UPI PIN credentials (all financial transactions are routed securely via RBI-licensed payment aggregators).
07.Warranty Period, SLA & Technical Support
All production deliveries include a complimentary 30-day bug-fix warranty commencing from official go-live. During this period, CraftiveWeb will promptly rectify any defects, crashes, or inconsistencies against the approved project scope at zero additional cost.
Ongoing post-launch maintenance, cloud server monitoring, OS version updates (iOS/Android compliance), and feature additions are covered under our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) or dedicated retainer agreements.
08.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida / Uttar Pradesh, India.
